Cat is a native of Burke County and grew up in the Lake James area. She loves working with the public, so her employment has always shown that.
Cat has owned and operated several successful businesses in Burke County, but her heart was really in buying and selling homes as a hobby before she became a
real estate broker. Since then, she enjoys equally as well as working with all clients in their real estate needs.
Being a native of Burke County, Cat knows the area well – whether it be a first time home buyer, relocation, upgrade or downsize, she is well qualified to assist in these fields.
She will be happy to act as buyer agent on your behalf making the process stress free for you and therefore helping you to get the best possible price on your purchase; or on the flipside, to act as
sellers agent when listing and selling your house to get the highest price possible.
Cat will be happy to walk you through the process finding your home to financing, through inspection and finally to the closing table. |

Rob Mould
realtymould@bellsouth.net
Cell 828-443-7384
My name is Rob Mould. I have lived in Morganton for 13 years and absolutely love it here. My family and I are very active in the community and our church where I am a deacon. We try to give back to our community through our volunteering efforts with United Way, Habitat for Humanity,
the Mission Station’s soup kitchen, Morganton Service League and several other community service groups.
What I like most about
real estate is the fact that I can work with so many different people from around the country. I especially enjoy working with people who are relocating to our community because I know how difficult a transition it is for a family to undertake. I make every effort to eliminate as much stress as possible in the relocation process and find you the home of your dreams.
When we begin the process of looking for your home or land, I will spend the time to really listen to your wants and needs. Only then will we go out and look for that right property that you have in mind. I have always been of the
opinion that the process of buying a home is one of the biggest decisions of someone's life and you should never feel pressured into making an offer until you are 100% ready. My goal is to make you feel relaxed and pampered in buying your home. |
